How does one use both for both adults n children
ReplyDelete1) Get about 600ml pure drinking water
Delete2) 3 Big lemon grass bulbs
3) 2 inches of ginger root (old ginger)
4) Pour the pure drinking water in a pot (non - aluminium )
5) Slice the above Ingredients
6) Throw the sliced ingredients into the boiling water
7) Simmer for 5 - 8 minutes by turning down the fire.
8) Turn off tge fire, cover pot with lid. Let the tea steep for about 20 - 30 minutes.
9) Strain. You can add a teaspoon of honey to taste
10) Drink warm
